Goil Security SL offers software as a service (SaaS) that includes a mobile application and a dashboard for managing and unifying interactions within digital communities.
Access and Registration
To access our service, users must register and provide certain personal information. Use of our platform is reserved for business entities and professionals.

Users must use our services in a responsible and lawful manner. Any improper or illegal use of the platform may result in the suspension or termination of access.

Goil Security SL may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, reasonable advance notice will be given.
Pricing and Payments
Billing
If you purchase any of our services, you will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method at each agreed recurring renewal until you cancel. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we will charge tax when required. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our services until payment is received.
Service Pricing
Our services are offered at a price of €89 per month or €999 per year. These prices will be charged automatically through Stripe according to the selected frequency.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
Changes
We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase our subscription prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and any price increase will take effect on your next renewal so that you can cancel if you do not agree with the price increase.
Governing Law
Goil Security SL may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
